Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens! I do my best to be accommodating of cancellations and reschedules.
However, as of April 1st 2025, I will be charging 20% of appointments rescheduled less then 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. The percentage will be calculated based on the services that we had discussed and booked. The option to put a card on file for this fee is available. If a card is not provided and payment details are not supplied within 3 business days of original appointment, future appointments will not be approved or honored until the fee has been satisfied.
Please understand that to best service all my clients and make the best use of my time, this policy is in place to ensure my ability to keep running my business for everybody’s benefit 💚💜
